摘要
高校图书馆文献采访质量高低直接关系到图书馆各项读者服务工作的开展。通过阐述文献采访质量控制体系研究的必要性,从三个方面讨论高校文献采访质量体系的构建:文献采访质量的宏观控制、科学的文献采访体系以及质量反馈控制。说明人才队伍建设以及建立文献源信息收集是文献采访质量控制体系建设的重要措施。
The quality of the college literature acquisition is directly related to service work for the reader. The paper first describes the necessary of researching of college literature acquisition, and then discusses the construction of quality control system from three aspects ： macro-control of literature acquisition, scientific literature, as well as feedback control systems of literature acquisition. Finally, the paper illustrates the construction of qualified personnel and the establishment of documentation source, both they are important measures to build up the quality of the college literature acquisition.
