摘要
以Z公司基于宽带薪酬机制的薪酬体系改革为切入点,详细分析了我国中小型高新技术企业薪酬管理中存在的问题并提出了相应对策。运用宽带薪酬体系的中小型高新技术企业更能提高人力资本效能,增强公司整体绩效,削弱工资向上刚性,提升公司市场竞争力。
Based on the salary system reform of Z company based on broadband salary mechanism, this paper analyzes the management problems existing in these enterprises and presents the corresponding countermeasures. Using broadband salary system, small and medium-sized hi-tech enterprises can improve human capital efficiency and enhance the company's overall performance, weaken the wage upward rigidity and enhance he company's competitiveness.
