摘要
建立了多时段水火电市场均衡模型,采用猜测供给函数模拟发电商间的策略性行为,同时考虑网络传输、机组爬坡率及水电机组用水量等约束。算例表明,网络约束对市场出清结果影响很大,机组爬坡率约束可能导致火电商在某些时段收益为负。在寡头竞争条件下,火电商可通过减少其各时段出力方式来增加其收益,而受放水量限制的水电商则可通过减少峰荷时段发电量并增加其他时段出力方式来牟取更大利润。
An equilibrium model of multi-periods hydro-thermal electricity market is proposed in this paper, in which GenCos' (Generation Companies') strategic bidding behaviors are properly modeled using conjectured supply function and the transmission limit constraints, the ramp rate constraints of thermal unit and the water consumption constraint of hydro unit are simultaneously considered. Case study shows that the network constraints can affect the market clearing outcomes greatly and the ramp rate constraints could lead to the negative revenue in some periods for the thermal GenCos. In the oligopolistic competitive enviroment, the thermal GenCo can increase its revenue in the manner of withholding behaviors in each period, while the hydro GenCo can obtain more profit in the manner of increasing the outputs in off-peak periods and decreasing the outputs in peak periods.
