摘要
提出适用现货交易中不同市场环境的水电公司竞价上网模型,利用竞价系数,在满足优化目标和运行约束的条件下求得最优报价曲线,是一个带参数的动态规划问题。阐述了不同市场环境中竞价系数与竞价优化目标之间的依存关系。算例证明了数学模型及其算法的正确性。
This paper studies the large hydro power plant optimal bidding strategy in power market in both 'approximately full competition' and 'monopolizing' market situations,which is the dynamic programming problem with coefficient.Based on the bidding coefficient,this model finds out the optimal bidding curve to meet optimum objective and all kinds of constraints.This paper also points out the relationship between bidding coefficient and optimum objective.Numerical examples are also presented.
