摘要
电力企业是集知识、技术、能力综合于一体的复杂型企业,因此教育与培训工作已成为当下电力企业提高竞争力的重要手段之一,笔者结合电力企业培训制度体系中存在的主要问题,分析了培训存在的问题并提出了相应对策。
Electric power enterprises are integrated comparing enterprises with comprehensive knowledge, technology and ability. Therefore, education and training work has become one of the important methods to improve competitive force for electric power enterprises. In this paper, the author contraposes the main problems existing in the training institution systems, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding measures.
