摘要
建立了兽医透皮吸收新型制剂恩诺沙星搽剂中恩诺沙星紫外分光光度测定法,用初均速法探讨其稳定性.结果表明,用紫外分光光度法测定制剂含量平均回收率为100.40% , R S D 为0.13% .初均速法预测本制剂25 ℃贮存有效期为 2.28 a,这说明该搽剂处方合理,稳定性良好,质量可靠.紫外分光光度法测定恩诺沙星搽剂含量快速简便,精确度好.
A ultraviolet spectrophotometry used for veterinary medication via transdermal absorption was established to measure the content of enrofloxacin in the liniment. The stability of enrofloxac in liniment was studied by use of the method of initial average rate. The result measured by the ultra violet spectrophotometry showed that the average recovery rate of enrofloxacin from the liniment was 100.40%, and the average relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.13%. The shellife of enrofloxacin liniment at 25 ℃ measured by the initial average rate method was 2.28 a. The analysis method of the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was rapid and precise.
