摘要
为考察恩诺沙星缓释注射液的热稳定性,采用紫外分光光度法测定了恩诺沙星缓释注射液在不同温度下的含量,用初均速法预测其有效期。结果显示,初均速法预测恩诺沙星缓释注射液的室温有效期(t0.9)为1.90年。因此,该制剂较为稳定,可作为临床治疗药物。
In order to investigate the ieat stability of enrofloxacin sustained-release injection,the content of enrofloxacin was determined at various elevated temperatures with UV spectrophotometry,and the expiry term for the sustained-release injection was predicted by initial average rate method.Results showed that the expiry term at room temperature(t0.9) was estimated to be 1.90 years.So we can make a conclusion that the preparation has good stability,and can be used as clinical therapeutic medicine.
