二甲基乙酰胺对作业工人肝脏的损害效应 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨职业性二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)接触对肝脏的损害效应。方法收集氨纶工厂近2年作业场所DMAc的监测数据,按工作岗位DMAc浓度是否超过国家职业接触限值(20mg/m^3),将DMAc作业人群分为低接触组(259人)和高接触组(165人),选择不接触毒物的工人作为对照组(309人)。问卷调查研究对象的基本情况及其他可能影响肝功能的因素,以职业健康检查资料判定研究对象肝功能损害情况。结果DMAc接触组肝功能异常率为18.3%,对照组为6.47%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。接触组DMAc致肝脏损害44例,发生率为10.38%(44/424),其中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AsT)/丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)≤1者41例,占93.18%(41/44),35例为胆汁淤积型肝病,9例为肝细胞性肝病。结论DMAc可引起接触工人的肝脏损害,分型为肝细胞性肝病和胆汁淤积型肝病。
