653例二甲基甲酰胺暴露工人职业健康监护资料分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解某合成革企业工人一般情况,探讨二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)接触浓度、工龄及其他因素对工人肝、心等系统健康的影响。方法根据该厂前3年的空气监测数据,将653名体检工人分为对照组、低浓度和高浓度接触组,进行面对面询问式调查和健康体检,对体检结果进行分组分析。结果接触DMF作业工人以男性居多。高浓度接触组工人岗位流动性大、防护意识较另外两组好,但其ALT、总胆红素水平及心电图异常率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论长期暴露于DMF可能造成工人肝心等多器官的损伤作用。建议改进生产工艺、降低生产环境中二甲基甲酰胺浓度及提高工人防护意识。 [Objectives] To comprehend general state of health of workers in a synthetic leather enterprise, investigate the effects on workers' health of covariates such as N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) exposure concentration, working age and other factors. [Methods] The 653 workers were classified into three groups (the control, low and high) by the concentration of DMF in workplace which was determined in the past three years. Face-to-face interview was given across the questionnaire developed in advance, physical examination was executed and then analysed the data. [Results] The major workers exposed to DMF were male. High exposure workers also had rapid turnover of post and stronger protection awareness than the other two group workers, their ALT, serum total bilirubin (STB) and electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormal rate were significantly higher than control group. [Conclusions] Longterm exposure to DMF would probably lead to liver and heart functions injury. We advise to improve production technology, lower environment DMF concentration and raise awareness of protection of workers.
