胰岛素治疗对糖尿病大鼠睾丸功能障碍的调节作用 被引量:2

Effect of insulin treatment on testicular dysfunction in diabetic rats

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素治疗与糖尿病生殖功能障碍的关系。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制备SD大鼠糖尿病模型。随机分为正常对照(C)组、糖尿病模型(B)组、胰岛素治疗(A)组,观察大鼠睾丸组织学改变,记录睾丸脏器系数、血清睾酮、精子计数及精子活率。结果与B组比较,A组睾丸萎缩、生精受抑现象显著好转,睾丸间质细胞体积增大,细胞器增多,核固缩现象好转,睾丸脏器系数及血清睾酮值显著提高,精子计数及活率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素治疗能有效改善糖尿病大鼠睾丸功能障碍。 Objective To investigate the relationship of insulin treatment and reproductive dysfunction in diabetic rats.Methods Diabetic model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin in SD rats.The rats were randomly divided into normal control(groupC),diabetic model(group B)and insulin treatment(group A).The changes of the testis,testis organ coefficient,serum testosterone and sperm motility were observed.Results Compared to group B,spermatogenic inhibited phenomenon was improved,volume of Leydig cells was increasd,organelles were increasd,Leydig cell nuclear condensated phenomenon became better,serum testosterone and testis factor were increased,sperm count and motility were increased significantly in group A(P0.01).ConclusionInsulin therapy can improve testicular dysfunction in diabetic rats.
