摘要
高等职业教育是高等教育的一个重要组成部分,其最大的特色是"就业教育",为企业培养具有一定实践能力的技术人员,培养学生的实践能力是高职院校的教学重点和改革方向。事实证明:要培养出合格的高素质技能型人才,必须校企实习相结合、知识学习与技能培训相结合,重视对学生实践能力的培养,这样才可以满足企业对毕业生的要求,这就需要改变以往传统的人才培养模式,强化企业主导的工学结合人才培养模式。
Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education.Its biggest feature is ＂employment-orientated education＂ which cultivates the technians with practical ability for enterprises.Cultivating students＇ practical ability is the teaching emphasis and reform direction of vocational colleges.The practice proves that in order to cultivate the qualitied technique talents,the enterprise and school should be combined and knowledge study and technique training should be combined and give emphasis on students＇ practical ability.Only this could the enterprise＇s demand for the graduate could be met.So the traditional talents cultivating mode must be changed to strengthen the enterprise-orientated work-integrated learning mode.
