摘要
文章分析了高校教学和科研存在的普遍问题,提出了教学与科研共同发展、相互促进对提高高校教学质量、增加综合实力的积极作用,并给出了教学和科研良性发展的具体方法和措施。
Based on analysing the common problems between education and scientific research, this paper provides the positive action for improving quality of education and increasing general strength in university, finally, this paper provides the concrete method in promoting optimum development of education and scientific research together.
