摘要
王仲奇是近代新安医家的杰出代表,治学严谨,医术精湛,学验俱丰,后人将其临床病案整理成《王仲奇医案》。文章就医案中的湿温病相关篇章,从用药、辨证、治疗等几个方面对王教授辨治湿温病的经验进行总结,以供同行参考。王教授对湿温病的治疗在遵循前人经验的基础上又有自己的见解,遵古而不复古。辨证方面,识证准确,首先分辨湿热之偏盛程度,再辨病变所属部位,是在气分还是在膜原;治疗方面,重视变证,做到未病先防。治法多用芳香淡渗,使湿热邪气从三焦分解。其治湿温病经验值得后学借鉴。
WANG Zhong-qi was the perfect represent of Xin’an medicine specialists in modern times,who pursued rigorous scholarship,had highly skilled and rich knowledge and experience.His clinical cases were arranged WANG Zhong-qi Medical Record by his students.This text summarizes experience of doctor Wang in treating hygropyrexia disease,which can be referenced by relevant people.He had his own opinions of treating on hygropyrexia disease which basis on the experience of previous.
