摘要
"新安王氏医学"又称"富堨王氏内科",为新安医学流派重要组成部分。《黄帝内经》以降,历代医家通过长期临床实践,逐步发展完善了对水肿病的认识,积累了丰富的临床治疗方法和用药经验。新安医家常以肺脾肾为切入点,重视三脏在水肿病治疗中的重要地位;治法上常以宣泄为用,以期"应机则昌";处方用药务求切合病情,灵活运用单方与复方,时方与经方,强调"药性专长",并善用药对,每获佳效。
‘Xin＇an WANGs, medicine＇ called as ‘Fu＇e WANGs, internal medicine＇ was an important part of Xin＇an medicine. Since Huangdi Neijing, through long-term clinical practice, ancient physicians gradually developed the understanding of edema and accumulated rich clinical treatment methods and experience. Xin＇an doctors took the lung, spleen and kidney as the breakthrough point, and took them seriously as the important position in the treatment of edema. The methods of dispersing and purgation were applied in treating edema, which was in accordance with pathogenesis of edema. They stressed that drug must be in line with disease, flexibly using single and compound prescriptions, current and classic prescriptions. They also emphasized different speciality of each medicine and were good at applying couplet medicine.
