摘要
采用三唑类复配剂秧苗健壮灵浸种,能有效控制水稻秧苗的伸长生长,促进分蘖发生,降低苗高,增加分蘖,使秧苗忍耐干旱和低温的能力显著增强。秧苗健壮灵浸种之后,秧苗体内GAs和IAA含量显著降低,平均比对照(清水浸种)降低58.7%和55.4%;ABA和iPAs含量明显增加,平均比对照增加32.2%和35.4%,这是秧苗健壮灵调节水稻秧苗生长的主要机理。秧苗健壮灵浸种能明显减缓干旱和低温胁迫过程中SOD、CAT活性的下降和MDA的积累,促进ABA含量的增加,这是秧苗健壮灵增强水稻秧苗抗逆能力的主要生理基础。
Seedlingvigorousagent(SVA)isacompoundconsistedofplantgrowthregulator(Triazole)andfungicide.130mg/LSVAcouldeffectivelycontrolplantheightandpromotedtilleringofriceseedling,aswellasenhancedthetoleranceofriceseedlingtodroughtandchillingstress.AfterseedbeingsoakedwithSVA,GAsandIAAcontentinriceseedlingdecreasedapparentlywhileABAandiPAscontentincreasedobviously.Comparedwithcontrol(soakingseedwithpurewater),theaveragecontentofGAsandIAAdecreasedby587%and425%,respectively.ItwasthemainmechanismforSVAtoregulatethericeseedlinggrowth.Duringtheperiodofdroughtandlowtemperaturestress,thedecreaseofSODandCATactivity,theaccumulationofMDAandtheincreaseofABAcontent inriceseedlingsbeingtreatedwithSVAweresloweddowntoacertainextent,whichwasthemainphysiologicalbaseforSVAtoimprovethetoleranceofriceseedlingstodroughtandlowtemperaturestress.
