摘要
采用盐析凝胶法回收废水中的聚乙烯醇(PVA),并对盐析凝胶后废水进行Fenton处理.考察Na2SO4及Na2B4O7.10H2O投加量、pH、温度、反应时间等因素对PVA回收效果的影响,同时研究Fenton氧化过程中H2O2投加量、pH等因素的作用效果.结果表明:盐析凝胶-Fenton氧化法可以有效地回收废水中的PVA,并能高效降解废水中的有机物.在室温、pH为4、Na2SO4投加量为15 g/L、Na2B4O7.10H2O投加量为2.5 g/L、反应60 min的条件下,废水中PVA回收率可达88.78%;Fenton法进一步处理后的废水中未检出PVA,化学耗氧量(COD)去除率达87.86%.
The salting-out-gel method was adopted for recovering polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)soluted in wastewater from plastic water-jet abrasive production,and Fenton reagent was used for the treatment of wastewater by salting-out-gel method.The effects of factors including dosages of Na2SO4 and Na2B4O7·10H2O,pH value,reaction time,and reaction temperature on PVA recovery efficiency were investigated.Meanwhile,pH value and dosage of H2O2 were studied as key factors in the Fenton oxidation processes.Results showed that with the combination technologies,the polyvinyl alcohol was recovered,and organic pollutants were degraded.Under the optimal operational conditions of the normal temperature,Na2SO4 of 15 g/L,Na2B4O7·10H2O of 2.5 g/L,the initial pH value of the wastewater of 4.0,and reaction time of 60 min,the PVA recovery efficiency reached 88.78%.Further oxidation by Fenton reagent made polyvinyl alcohol could not be detected.The removal efficiency of chemical oxyen demand(COD) was 87.86%.
