摘要
本文通过探讨科技查新与知识产权战略的关系,阐明了实施知识产权战略进行科技查新的必要性,论述了专利和新产品开发论证查新对实施知识产权战略的重要性。
Based on a description of the relationship about sci-tech novelty retrieval and intellectual property strategy,this paper discussed the necessity of sci-tech novelty retrieval for the implementation of intellectual property strategy,and expounded the importance of patent and new product novelty searching for the intellectual property strategy.
