本文主要讨论了专利技术再创新项目查新的关键要素,重点讨论了查新结论的撰写,并对提高专利技术再创新项目查新的质量提出了几点建议。
In this paper, we mainly discuss the key factors involved in novelty -checking of patent re innovation. And several suggestions on how to improve the quality and write the conclusion of novelty checking are proposed
