摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定驱风药酒中大黄素的含量。方法采用Utimate HPLC Column XB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm。结果大黄素进样量在0.036～1.452μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为103.0%(n=6),RSD为1.2%。结论该方法准确,重复性好,可用于该药的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of emodin in Qufeng medical wine.Methods Chromatographic separation was performed on an Utimate HPLC Column XB-C 18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（80 ∶ 20）,at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,and detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The linearity was obtained within the range of 0.036~1.452 μg（r =0.999 9）.The average recovery was 103.0%（n= 6）,and RSD was 1.2%.Conclusion This method is convenient,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
