摘要
从有机食品产量、鉴定技术、营养和口味、生产成本、对环境的影响等五个方面分析了有机食品的利弊后认为,有机食品是否可以在中国进行大面积的种植尚需探讨,有机食品的大量生产可能对中国的食品安全产生负面的影响.
The advantages and disadvantages of organic food were analyzed from the output,identification techniques,nutrition and taste,production cost,and the effect on environment.It indicated that the feasibility of large-scale cultivation of organic food in China might need further demonstration.The large-scale production of organic food may bring about negative influence on food safety in China.
