基于机床主轴传动系统的线图模型研究

摘要 概述了机床主轴动态性能研究的基本情况,分析了机床主轴传动的原理并经适当简化,抽象出系统的物理模型,然后讨论了线图的基本原理,并在这种物理模型的基础上,构造出系统的线图模型,随后对这种线图模型的算法进行了详细的讨论,结果显示,利用线图模型来分析机床主轴传动系统算法简单、可行,通过状态方程,能够计算出机床主轴随电机转速的变化情况和主轴转矩与电机转速及负载的变化情况。 The situation about the dynamic performances of spindle of machine tool is summarized.Then,the principle of machine tool spindle transmission is analyzed and predigested.The physical model about it is got and the elementary theory of linear graph is dissussed.The linear graph model is constructed based on the physical model.Afterwards,the detailed reasoning to arithmetic of the linear graph model is done.The result shows that it is simple and feasible to use linear graph to analyze the arithmetic of machine tool spindle transmission system.The dynamic situation on the speed of spindle and the electromotor,and the dynamic situation on the torsion of spindle,the speed of electromotor and the load on spindle are analyzed and calculated through the final state equations.
