摘要
介绍一种由无杆活塞气压缸作为驱动元件、利用杠杆-斜楔串联机构进行放大并实现自锁的高效夹具,分析其工作原理和结构特点,并给出输出力计算公式。该夹具采用对称双楔面,有利于提高工作效率,缩短工时;同时,利用该机构的自锁特性,在切削过程中,气缸中可不通压缩空气,减少能源消耗。
A new fixture composed of rodless cylinder and toggle-wedge force amplifier mechanism was introduced.Its working principles and structural features were analyzed and the corresponding formula for calculating the clamping force was given.Double wedge structure is of benefit to increase the efficiency,reduce work time.Utilizing self-locking character,the compressed air can be withdrawn to save energy while machining.
