摘要
运用马克思资本有机构成理论分析了我国转变经济增长方式和增加就业之间的矛盾；针对这一矛盾，提出了转变经济增长方式和增加就业的基本对策。认为，通过改变劳动力与生产资料的结合方式。
To change the mode of economy growth, increase employment,this paper uses Marx's theory of organic constitution of capital to analyse the conflict between changing the mode of economy growth and increasing employment in China.Aimed at this conflict, a series of fundamental tactics is put forward, holding that increasing employment can be integrated with changing the mode of economy growth by changing the integration mode of labourers and materials of production, choosing technology properly, improving the quality of labourers,etc.
