技术的社会化和产业化是产业技术进步的基本途径。产业技术进步只有在内部因子和外部因素的协同发展和共同进步的条件下 ,也只有在内外部条件的变革都充分的情况下 。
The socialization and industrialization of technology is the basic outlet for technological improvement.Only when the inner facters and the outer forces advance side by side in full coordination and the reforms in the inner and outer conditions are fully carried out can technological improvement become an actual productive force.
