摘要
为降低海运空箱调运成本,以班轮公司之间共享运力资源为基础,考虑租箱成本、运输费用、调运方向约束、各节点间的可达性以及最大空箱调运能力的限制等因素,建立班轮公司空箱合作调运优化模型.该模型中所有参与合作调运的班轮公司在保证重箱运输的前提下,通过只需支付成本地互相使用运力资源,同时配合合理租箱,可以达到使所有空箱需求均得到满足的综合总成本最小.两家班轮公司在一定航线上空箱合作调运的优化方案算例,验证模型的有效性.
To reduce the distribution cost of empty containers by sea transportation, the factors such as rent cost, transportation cost, restriction of shipping direction, reaehability among each nodes and the maximum shipping capacity are considered, an optimization model for liner operators' cooperating allocation of empty containers is established, based on the shipping capacity resources shared in liner operators. In this model, all liner operators who participate in the cooperating allocation can use each other' s shipping capacity by paying the real cost, and the comprehensive cost for satisfying all demands of empty containers attains minimum combining with renting empty containers reasonablely, on the premise that shipping of the full containers is guaranteed. A solution example of the optimization model that two liner operators cooperate to allocate empty containers on a certain liner shows that the model is efficient.
