摘要
就业是重商主义最重要的主题之一。在重商主义时代,英国促进就业的政策大致上有两大类:一类是国家创造就业机会的政策;一类是利用市场机制促进就业的政策。随着重商主义思想的成熟和市场化的深入,英国越来越多地采用市场机制来促进就业。
Employment was the most important themes of the mercantilism.In the mercantilist age,there were two categories of the British policy for promoting employment.One was the national policy of creating employment opportunity.Another was the policy of using market mechanisms to promote employment.With the maturity of the idea of mercantilism and the aggrandizement of commercialization,England increased the use of market mechanisms to promote employment.
