摘要
文章阐述了日趋激烈的国际人才竞争的态势,在此基础上,探讨我国面临的挑战,提出应对策略阐述。
In this paper the author describes the trends in the increasingly sharp international contest for science technology talents,and on this basis discusses the challenges confronting china and then puts out some suggestions on the strategy for coping with this situation.
