摘要
文章以安徽高校人才输出与经济增长的关系为研究对象,首先结合了多位学者的理论成果,分析人才输出与经济增长之间存在关系。鉴于此,以高校毕业生人数、研究生毕业人数作为高校人才输出的表征变量,以安徽省GDP值作为安徽省经济发展的表征变量,运用线性回归分析模型工具,说明高校人才输出与经济增长之间存在线性关系,尤其是高层次人才。最后根据研究结论,提出了通过优化高校人才输出变量来促进经济增长的建议。
The relationship between talent generation by universities in Anhui Province and economic growth was studied in the paper on the basis of a review on some scholar＇s theoretical discoveries on the subject. The number of graduates and postgraduates was considered as a representational variable of talent generation of universities, and the GDP of Anhui Province as the representational variable of economic growth of the province. The result of a linear regression analysis showed that there is a linear relation between economic growth and the generation of talents, esp., those high-level ones. Based on the conclusion, some suggestion was finally made to improve economic growth via the optimization of the variable of talent generation by universities.
