摘要
本文主要介绍冻干机测量与控制的设计与选型，力求通过冻干曲线的制定，阐明在冻干过程对温度、真空度、共晶点的测控及其对冻干制品的影响分析，从而得出最佳冻干速率的设计方案与实例。
Abstract This Paper mainly introduces the design and choose type of measurement and control for vacuum freeze drying. On the basis of formation of freeze drying curve, expounds emphatically measurement and control for temperature and varity and eutectic point, and analysis of influence, thereby for freeze drying produce design scheme and example of optimum freeze drying rate.
