摘要
充填支架是充填开采中的关键设备。充填支架不仅支护顶板,维护安全作业空间,推移工作面输送机和采煤机,而且担负采空区充填、物料夯实及物料在采空区的输送任务。针对目前充填支架在充填开采中的关键作用,根据邢台矿的具体地质条件进行充填支架设计,重点对支架后部尾梁的支护机构及其强度,充填结构、夯实机构的设计及物料运输系统等结构进行探讨。通过在邢台矿的工业性试验表明物料充填开采液压支架设计合理,充填效果良好,经地面及井下观测数据分析,地表沉陷量达到了预期效果。
According to the key role of the backfilling hydraulic powered support in the backfilling coal mining,the backfilling powered support was designed accord based on to the certain geological conditions in Xingtai Mine.The paper had a discussion on the design of the support mechanism and strength,backfilling structure and compaction mechanism as well as the material transportation system and other structures.The industrial trial conducted in the Xingtai Mine showed that design of the hydraulic powered support for the coal mining with the material backfilling would be ration and the backfilling effect was good.The analysis on the surface ground and underground observation data showed that the surface ground subsidence value had reached the expected effect.
