长白山毛樱桃总黄酮对冻伤及炎症相关性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察及验证长白山毛樱桃总黄酮(Prunus tomentosa thumb total flavone,PTTTF)对冻伤及炎症相关性的影响。方法:液氮法制兔耳局部冻伤模型,观察PTTTF外用七天对兔耳冻伤的影响。②皮下注射PTTTF,观察PTTTF对小鼠巴豆油耳肿胀和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:10mg/ml PTTTF外用对冻伤兔耳肿胀抑制率为32.52%。②PTTTF剂量大于50mg/kg,对小鼠耳肿胀抑制率大于16.91%(P<0.05),对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透抑制率大于20.67%(P<0.05)。结论:PTTTF具有显著的抗冻伤和抗炎作用,且具有剂量依赖趋势。 Objective:To observe and verify the effects on frostbite and inflammation dependablity of Chang Bai Prunus tomentosa thumb total flavone(PTTTF).Methods:①10 mg/ml PTTTF was spreaded on the rabbits’ frostbite ears caused by liquid nitrogen for seven days and the therapeutic effect was observed.②PTTTF was injected hypodermcally to observe the effect of PTTTF on the swollen ears of mice caused by croton oil and the effect on the mice capillary permeability.Results:①The swelling inhibiting rate of 10 mg/ml PTTTF on the rabbits’ frostbite ears was 32.52%.②The inhibiting rate of PTTTF(above 50 mg/kg)on the swollen ears of mice was over 16.91%(P〈0.05).The inhibiting rate of PTTTF(above 50 mg/kg)on the mice capillary permeability was over 20.67%(P〈0.05).Conclusion:PTTTF produce significant anti-frostbite and anti-imflammation effects with a dose-dependent tendency.
