摘要
因我国目前严重缺失农民工保障机制,致使其合法权益无法得到保障。从农民工所面临的突出问题入手,通过对保障机制缺失的原因及其他相关问题进行深入分析,最后提出相关具体建议。
Due to lack of a social security system,rural migrate workers＇ legal rights and interest cannot be protected.On the basis of the problems that rural migrate workers are faced with,the paper analyzes the cause of the problems and other related problems and puts forward some solutions.
