摘要
采用组元相同但配比不同的两种石蜡基粘结剂,研究粉末注射成形制备纯铜件时其缺陷的成因及影响因素。研究表明,通过优化注射参数,可防止制品缺陷的产生。在注射温度为155℃、注射压力为110MPa、注射速度为40m/s、锁模力为90MPa、保温时间为10s时,注射试样可达到预期效果。
Using two kinds of groups paraffin-based binders with the same element and different ratios,the reasons for defects and its influence factors in injection molding pure copper products were studied.The results show that improving the injection parameters can effectively resolve product defects.At the injection temperature of 155 ℃,injecting pressure of 110 MPa,injection speed of 40 m/s,clamping force of 90 MPa,the holding time of 10 s,the injection patterns can achieve the desired results.
