摘要
目的:对照TOF法和PC法MRA的脑血管成像效果及各级脑血管的显示率。材料和方法:采用20个随机病例,同时作脑血管的TOF法和PC法磁共振血管造影,进行自身对照,分级评价两种成像方法对于各级脑血管的成像效果并计算显示率,结果进行统计学处理。结果:大脑前动脉A1段、A23段PC法和TOF法的显示率无显著差异(P>0.05),A4段PC法的显示率高于TOF法(P<0.005),分别为95%和70%。大脑中动脉M1段及M23段PC法和TOF法的显示率无显著性差异(P>0.05);M4-5段的PC法显示率(85%)明显高于TOF法(40%)(P<0.005)。大脑后动脉P1、P2-3段PC法与TOF法两者的显示率无显著差异;P45段PC法的显示率(85%)明显高于TOF法(57.5%)(P<0.005)。大脑前交通动脉和后交通动脉两种方法显示率均较低,无显著差异。其中A23段、M23段及P23段,虽然两者的显示率无明显差异,但用秩和检验比较两者的分级显示效果(IIV级)仍有显著差异,PC法优于TOF法。结论:PC法对于细小血管的显示率及显示效果均优于TOF法,TOF法背景信号抑制差、饱和伪影较大、对慢?
Purpose:To compare the sensitivities(detection rates) and the different grades value of 3D-PC MRA and 3D-TOF MRA in the evaluation of cerebral arteries.Materials and Methods:The results of 20 cases undergone both 3D-PC MRA and 3D-TOF MRA examintions were compared in a blinded fashion.Chi Square Test and Rank Sum Test were used in the analysis of sensitivities and ranked resolution values,respectively. Results:No significant difference was found between the detection rate of the two techniques for the arterial segments of A1,A23,M1,M23,P1,P23.The detection rate of 3D_PC MRA for thesegments of A4(A5 not included in the scan slab),M45 and P45 were significantly higher than that of 3D-TOF MRA (P<0.005).Also,the ranked resolution value of 3D-PC MRA for the segments of A23,A4,M23,M45,P23and P45,were significantly higher than that of 3D-TOF MRA .Conclusion:3D-PC MRA and 3D-TOF MRA has similar sensitivity(detection rate) and ranked resolution value in the evaluation of the main stems of cerebral arteries .For the small branches,3D-PC MRA has a higher sensitivity and higher resolution value compared to 3D-TOF MRA .
