3D-ASL动脉自旋标记灌注技术及MRA联合应用在脑缺血疾病影像诊断价值 被引量:34

摘要 近年来MR出现无造影剂灌注-动脉自选标记技术(ASL),为灌注开拓了新的技术。ASL技术是利用动脉血中水的氢质子作为内源性示踪剂,在扫描平面血液来源区域对氢质子进行反转标记,被标记的氢质子在扫描区引起局部组织的纵向弛豫Tl发生变化,得到反转氢质子标记图像。
