摘要 根据接触的食品类型,选择合适的溶剂,在回流温度下初回流提取7h后,再次回流提取2h,提取液经蒸发、干燥和恒重,得到的残渣的质量,除以试样的表面积,即为提取物的含量。 According to the type of rubber articles in contact with aqueous food or fatty foods,Choice distilled water or n-hexane as right solvent.The food-contact surface of the rubber article in the finished form in which it was to contact food,when extracted with right solvent at reflux temperature during the first 7 hours of extraction and the succeeding 2 hours of extraction,Evaporate and dry the filtrate,yielding total extractives.Calculation:Percent extractable=Grams of residue/surface area of the rubber article ×100.
