摘要 来自鸡的包括鸡蛋的核黄素结合蛋白是单亚基磷酸糖蛋白,能特异性地结合VB2并将其输送到胚胎,以维持胚胎的生长发育。介绍它的种类、分子的组成与结构、结合核黄素的分子机理、分子的热稳定性、对盐酸胍的化学稳定性以及生物学方面的功能。 Riboflavin-binding protein,a globular monomeric phosphoglycoprotein originated from chicken,is able to specific bind and transport riboflavin to the embryo,sustaining its growth and development until hatching.It is to introduce the categories,composition and structure,molecular riboflavin-binding mechanism,thermal stability,chemical stability under the existence of GdnHCl,and its biological functions.
