Riboflavin-binding protein,a globular monomeric phosphoglycoprotein originated from chicken,is able to specific bind and transport riboflavin to the embryo,sustaining its growth and development until hatching.It is to introduce the categories,composition and structure,molecular riboflavin-binding mechanism,thermal stability,chemical stability under the existence of GdnHCl,and its biological functions.
