摘要
以采用脱硫剂浆态进料,脱硫塔后采用双旋风分离、双侧返料工艺特点的某钢厂循环流化床烧结烟气脱硫灰为研究对象,从粒径分布、比表面积、元素组成、颗粒微观形貌、晶相组成、红外吸收及热稳定性等方面,考察和电厂循环流化床(CFB)脱硫灰的异同。研究发现,与电厂CFB烟气脱硫灰相比,CFB烧结烟气脱硫灰有以下特点:粒径小,比表面积大,表面结构疏松、多孔,表面活性好;K、Na、Fe等农业可利用元素含量高,同时又含有Pb、Cr、Rb等重金属及放射性元素;S、Si、Al元素含量低;晶相成分中含KCl、CaCO3、CaSO3.0.5H2O、CaSO4等;气氛对其分解温度影响不大,空气气氛下灰分中CaSO3比电厂脱硫灰中CaSO3更易分解。根据研究结论,初步分析了将CFB烧结烟气脱硫灰用于现有电厂半干法脱硫灰利用途径中的优势及瓶颈,为CFB烧结烟气脱硫灰的综合利用与安全处置提供依据和参考,有利于CFB烧结烟气脱硫技术的推广。
The granularity distribution,specific surface area,elemental composition,particle topography,crystal phase,infrared absorption and thermal stability properties of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) sintering flue gas desulfurization ash taken from a steel plant have been studied. The desulfurization process employed in the steel plant involved a liquid desulfurizer,with dual cyclone separation and two-way returns. Compared with power plant desulfurization ash,the particle diameter of the sintering flue gas desulfurization ash was smaller and the specific surface area was higher. The sintering flue gas desulfurization ash particles have different shapes and a loosely aggregated structure,containing many small holes. It contains more K,Na and Fe,which are essential elements in agriculture,but also contains radioactive elements and heavy metals,such as Pb,Cr and Rb. The contents of Al,Si and S are less than that in power plant desulfurization ash. The main constituents are potassium chloride,calcium sulfite,calcium sulfate,and calcium carbonate. The external atmosphere employed does not affect its decomposition temperature,although CaSO3 in the sintering flue gas desulfurization ash decomposes more easily in air. Based on the results obtained,the advantages and disadvantages of using sintering flue gas desulfurization ash as a replacement for semi-dry desulfurization ash from a power plant were analyzed. This work lays a foundation for the safe disposal and valorization of sintering flue gas desulfurization ash,further promoting the application of circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization (CFB-FGD) technology.
