摘要
压后返排是水力压裂作业的重要环节,低渗致密油气藏压裂液的高效返排,是保证压裂效果的关键所在,直接影响压裂改造的效果。通过低渗致密油气藏压裂液返排机理的研究,分析了影响压后压裂液返排的影响因素除了基本地质特征外,主要有压裂液的水锁伤害、启动压力的和返排压差。在此基础上,通过研究,提出了低渗致密油气藏压后高效返排的技术对策,即,以高效返排压裂液和压裂液强化破胶为技术核心,以纤维加砂、液氮伴注、工艺优化和压后返排控制为关键技术,实现低渗致密油气藏压裂后压裂液高效返排。高效返排工艺技术在川西致密气藏应用效果良好,大大地缩短了返排时间,提高了压裂液的返排率和返排效率,有效的降低了压裂液对储层的伤害,保证了压裂改造的效果。
The flowback mechanism of fracturing fluid was studied in low-permeability tight reservoir,and the factors of influence fracturing fluid flowback were also analyzed,which included water-lock damage of fracturing fluid,kickoff pressure and flowback pressure difference besides the basic geological features.On this basis of these factors,a high efficiency flowback technique was proposed in low-permeability tight reservoirs,and it was applied successfully in tight gas reservoir of West Sichuan.It could shorten flowback time enormously,enhance flowback rate and flowback efficiency of fracturing fluid,decrease reservoir damage,and ensure fracturing effect
