摘要
文章分析认为,纤维在压裂施工中能够起到良好的防支撑剂回流作用和携砂作用。通过对其机理进行研究,了解了纤维具有超强的支撑剂固定能力、良好的悬浮携砂能力、对支撑剂的导流能力的影响可忽略不计等特点。结合新疆油田三区的地质资料可行性分析,确定了该区采用冻胶全程加入的纤维加砂压裂技术方案。通过对施工工艺的优化,形成了一套适合该区的加砂压裂技术,同时也取得了良好的增产效果。
The fiber in fracturing operation can play a positive role to control proppant backflow and proppant carrying. The fiber had strong proppant fixed ability and good prop- carrying capacity,and the its influence on flow conductivity could be neglected. The mechanism of fiber sandfrac was analyzed. Combined with the feasibility analysis of geologic information in Xinjiang Oilfield third area,the fiber sand fracturing programs were determined. Through the optimization of the fracturing technology,a set of fracturing technology suited for the area was formed,and has obtained the good stimulation effect.
