大学生不良情绪自我管理团体训练效果评价 被引量:6

Impact Evaluation of Group Counseling on General Self-efficacy Among College Students

摘要 目的评价标准化不良情绪自我管理团体训练对提高大学生自我效能的有效性,为减少大学生不良情绪、提高自我效能提供依据。方法选取杭州万向职业技术学院国际贸易专业大二学生200人,随机分为干预组和对照组各100人,对干预组进行标准化不良情绪自我管理团体训练,为时5周,每周1次。2组学生在入组时和6个月后分别完成应付方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)以及一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评估。结果干预6个月后,干预组成熟型应付方式评分、家庭外支持评分、一般自我效能感评分均高于对照组,干预组不成熟型应付方式评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论标准化不良情绪自我管理团体训练能有效改善大学生应对方式和社会支持,减少不良情绪发生,提高大学生自我效能。 Objective To evaluate standardized adverse emotion self-management group training that improve the effectiveness of self-efficacy of college students.Methods Select "International Trade" professional sophomore 200 in Vocational and Technical College Hangzhou,they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 100 persons,standardization of the intervention group adverse emotion self-management group training,two groups of students into the group and at 6 months were evaluate by GSES(2=eneral self-efficacy scale)and a questionnaire of coping style and PSSS(perceived social support scale).Results Six months after intervention,the scores of intervention group mature coping,outside the home support and general self-efficacy were higher.Immature-type coping intervention group scored lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Standardization adverse emotion self-management group training can effectively improve the college students’ coping style and social support,reduce the adverse emotion occur,to improve college students self-efficacy.
