关于长距离输水管道末端净水厂停水关阀的过渡过程分析 被引量:3

摘要 大伙房水库输水(二期)工程鞍山加压站下游管线长近100 km,除在营盘配水站各支线出口处设置2个单向调压塔外,没有其他稳压措施,在营口、盘锦净水厂分别或同时关阀停水时,管线中会产生很大的动水压力。为确保整个工程的供水安全,避免爆管事故,盘锦和营口净水厂单独关阀停水时,通过采用折线关闭规律,可以有效降低各支线可能产生的过大正压。 The length of the downstream pipeline of Anshan Booster Station for the Water Conveyance Project of Dahuofang Reservoir (Phase II) is about 100 km and no any other pressure stabilizing measures for it, except only two one-way surge tanks for each branch outlet of Yingpan Water Distribution Station. Therefore, great hydrodynamic pressure would occur in the pipeline, when valves are closed for water cutting at Yingkou and Panjin Water Treatment Plants respectively or simultaneously. In order to ensure the water supply safety of the whole project and then avoid pipe break, the possible occurrence of excessive positive pressure from all the branches can be effectively lowered through the adoption of the dog-leg closing law when the valves are closed for water-cutting solely at Panjin or Yingkou Water treatment Plants.
