火电厂冷却水系统水力过渡过程数值模拟

摘要 根据火电厂冷却水系统在循环水泵正常启、停泵或事故停泵等工况下,管路系统的驼峰点可能会出现水柱分离、汽化等复杂的水力过渡过程现象,本文结合工程实例进行了火电厂冷却水系统水力过渡过程研究,对虹吸井的断面面积与布置位置、空气阀的进排气口口径以及水泵出口液控蝶阀的关闭程序进行了比较分析,提出了较为合理可行的水锤防护措施以便优化工程设计。 In accordance with the complicated phenomena of the hydraulic transient process, such as water column separation, vaporization, etc. possibly occurred at the hump-points within the pipeline system of the cooling water system in thermal power plant under the operation conditions of normal start-up/shut-down, or emergency shut-down of the water-circulat- ing pump therein, a study on the hydraulic transient process of the cooling water system in thermal power plant is made with an actual engineering case ; in which the comparative analyses among the sectional area and arrangement of the siphon well, the inlet/outlet diameters of the air valve and the shut-down process of the hydraulic controlled butterfly valve are made, and then some more reasonable and feasible water hammer protection measures are put forward herein, so as to optimize the engineering design concerned.
