摘要
通过推导收卷张力和内张力的函数表达式,对目前薄膜收卷采用的2种收卷方式——恒张力和恒力矩收卷进行分析比较,提出一种新的收卷方式,使收卷薄膜内张力均匀,收卷质量达到最优。并用矩阵实验室法给出各个收卷方式下收卷内张力的曲线图,通过比较得到收卷薄膜最佳张力曲线。
The authors analyzed and compared two ways currently applied to film winding: constant tension winding and constant torque winding, by deducing the function expression of internal tension and winding tension. A new method for film winding was brought forward, which could make the film rolls' internal tension become uniform and make the winding quality reach optimization. Matlab was utilized to draw the curves of internal tension in all winding manners; the optimum tension curve of the film roll was determined through comparison the data.
