摘要
文章论述作者与彭树智教授的三度师生情谊,以及彭树智培养学生之法和教学科研管理之道。即强调培养学生的科研意识,重视科研基本功训练,注重培养个人的科研生长点;根据现有学科的特点,确定合理、科学的发展方向,做到小而强、有特色,确立本学科在国内的学术地位;建立一支结构合理、实力雄厚的科研队伍;出版高水平的系列研究成果,打造研究所的"拳头产品";建立独特的学派。
This paper has an introduction to the author＇s three chances to be a student of Professor PENG Shuzhi.Then,it analyses Professor PENG＇s methods on the training of students： his emphasis on the training of their consciousness of research,on their basic ability in research and on the development of their growing point of research.His main methods on the strengthening of teaching and research institutions are： to orient their development reasonably and scientifically,with an aim to have a strong,special and influential research institution at home;to form a research team reasonable in structure and strong in ability;to publish series of books with high level,so as to create ＂flagship products＂;to create its special school.
