摘要
当代中国外交哲学的构建是长期困扰学术界的理论问题,本文认为任何外交哲学都必须回答如下三个基本问题:(1)主权国家对于其所依存世界的"总的看法";(2)主权国家对其屹立于世界民族之林的"自我"的"总的看法";(3)主权国家对其与当代世界究竟如何互动的"总的看法"。"文明交往论"作为坚持唯物史观基础上的理论创新成果蕴含着丰富的外交思想,它所包含的"和谐世界论"、"文明自觉论"、"交往文明论"等分析范畴正好对应了上述问题,对我国新时期外交哲学的理论构建具有重要的学术价值和启示意义。
Diplomatic philosophy＇s construction is a long troubled academic theory problem in contemporary China,this paper argues that any diplomatic philosophy must answer the following three fundamental questions：（1） ＂general view about ＂ the dependent world of the sovereign state;（2） ＂general view about＂ the sovereign nation itself;（3） ＂general view about＂ how interactive the sovereign state with the world.＂Civilization intercourse theory＂ as upholding historical materialism basis of theoretical innovation achievements contains rich diplomatic ideology,it contains ＂harmonious world theory＂,＂civilized consciously theory＂,＂communication civilization theory＂ as the corresponding analytical category just these three issues,they have important academic value to the construction of diplomatic philosophy theory in the new era.
