摘要
采用NaOH溶液预处理,硅烷偶联剂改性的方法对金刚石表面进行处理,并研究了该处理过程对三种树脂(聚酰亚胺、耐热酚醛和改性酚醛)基砂轮磨削性能的影响。实验结果表明,该处理过程可以有效改善金刚石与树脂的结合状态,增加树脂基对金刚石磨粒的把持力,从而提高砂轮的磨削比,其中对聚酰亚胺树脂基砂轮磨削性能的提升最为显著,其磨削比提高达109.9%。
The diamond abrasives were firstly preprocessed by sodium hydroxide solution.After surface modification with silane coupling agent,they were used to make different resin bonded wheels,and the grinding performances of which were then investigated.Experimental results indicated that the treatment process could improve the bonding state of diamind and resin,enhance the retention of resin to diamond grits.The grinding ratio of the wheels was thus increased,especially in case of polyimide resin bond wheels,the grinding ratio of which was increased by 109.9 %.
