摘要
酪氨酸激酶-信号转导和转录激活因子(JAK-STAT)信号转导途径是细胞因子信号由胞膜向胞核内传递的主要途径。信号转导和转录激活因子(STAT)是一组转录因子家族,是整个JAK-STAT信号通路的核心分子,在调节炎性反应、细胞的增殖分化方面起重要的作用。STAT的表达或功能异常与哮喘等变态反应性疾病关系密切,针对STAT通路的干预治疗可能成为哮喘等变态反应性疾病潜在的治疗方向。现就STAT的结构和功能以及在哮喘发病机制中作用研究进展进行综述。
The c-Jun N-terminal kinase-signal transducers and activators of transcription( JAK-STAT) signaling pathways are the major pathways of many cytokines that transmit signals from the extracellular milieu of cells to the nucleus. The STAT are a family of cytokine and growth factor inducible transcription factors,they are important in regulating inflammatory response and multiple cellular response including proliferation and differentiation. Dysregulation of STAT has a close correlation with allergic disease including asthma. Intervention of STAT may be a potential therapeutics of asthma. This review discusses the structure and functions of STAT and its role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
