碳酸酐酶Ⅵ与上消化道pH值平衡关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨碳酸酐酶Ⅵ与上消化道pH值的关系。方法采集65例上消化道疾病患者的胃液,并进行胃液pH值、缓冲容量、碳酸酐酶Ⅵ浓度的检测,并分析其中的关系。结果碳酸酐酶Ⅵ浓度低的患者,胃液pH值低,且缓冲容量下降;胃液中含有碳酸酐酶Ⅵ,且碳酸酐酶Ⅵ浓度与胃液pH值、缓冲容量呈正相关(r=0.428、r=0.353,均P<0.05)。结论碳酸酐酶Ⅵ对维持上消化道的pH值的平衡有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between carbonic anhydrase Ⅵ and upper gastrointestinal tract pH value.Methods Sixty-five cases of gastric juice was collected in patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases.Gastric juice pH,buffer capacity and carbonic anhydrase Ⅵ concentration were detected,and the relationships among these parameters were analyzed.ResultsIn patients with low concentration of carbonic anhydrase Ⅵ,gastric juice pH value was low and buffer capacity decreased.Carbonic anhydrase Ⅵ was present in gastric juice,and its concentration was positive correlated with gastric juice pH value and buffering capacity(r=0.428 and r=0.353,respectively.Both P0.05).Conclusion The carbonic anhydrase Ⅵ plays an important role in maintaining pH homeostasis in the upper alimentary canal.
