摘要
本文的研究目的是实现羊绒纤维鳞片面积的计算机自动测量,利用Matlab7.0进行仿真,把光学显微镜下采集的羊绒纤维图像进行一系列处理,最终得到自动测量纤维鳞片面积所需的二值图像.以生成的二值图像为基础,设计了按像素点逐点扫描的像素测量法来实现对纤维鳞片面积的自动测量,由于是以像素为单位,误差较小,提高了测量的准确性,为后期纤维自动识别奠定了基础.
The cashmere fiber image collected by optical microscope was first processed to get the binary image by using MatlabT. 0. On this basis, we designed the point-by-point pixel scanning algorithm to achieve the automatic measurement of the scale area. As the unit is a pixel, the error is small, and the accuracy of the measurement is improved. The study lays a foundation for the further automatic fiber identification
